Vektra has a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant equipped with:

1) Honing Machine
2) Induction Hardening Machine
3) Dust Free Assembly Room
4) Paint Booth
5) CNC Turning Centres
6) Pulse MIG Welding Machines
7) Conventional Machines like Lathes, Drills, Grinding and Boring Machines.
8) Measuring Instruments which are regularly calibrated.
9) Cylinder Testing Rig.

Raw Materials:

1) Tubes are sourced directly from manufacturers in India and all over the world. We use CDS Tubes of ST52 Grade.
2) Materials for other components like Rods, Pistons etc are sourced from Renowned Indian manufacturers.
3) Seals are mostly of Imported origin of renowned makes like NOK, Merkel, Hunger, Trelleborg, Hallite Parker etc.
4) All critical castings , forgings , raw materials are Ultrasonically tested before further processing.

Critical Areas:

1) Utmost Importance is given to critical areas like Rod Eye Welding Joints, Piston Locking etc and thorough tests like DP Test and Ultrosonic tests are done to check cracks etc.
2) We maintain 100% traceability of all raw materials used in our cylinders.
3) Each and every cylinder is tested thouroghly before despatch.
